SHIPPING, PAYMENT & RETURN

DELIVERY

 

PAOLA MARASSI delivers throughout the European Union and the rest of the world. The ordered Product(s) is/are delivered to the address you have indicated while placing your order on the Website. 

 

Here are our delivery options:

France - Colissimo Suivi with signature - 5 working days : Free of charge

European Union - Colissimo Suivi - 7 to 10 working days : 15 euros 

Outside European Union - DHL - 5 to 7 working days : 50-70 euros

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming its receipt. Once your order and payment details are verified, and your order is approved for shipment, we send you an email confirming the delivery of your order. You will be able to track the delivery of your order using the tracking number that will be provided to you.

In the event of a problem with the processing of your order, we will send you an email to inform you and possibly ask for more details.

PAOLA MARASSI is not responsible for any delay in the customs clearance of the exported goods or related to payment operations. The Customer is hereby informed that he/she shall bear the consequences (delay in delivery, impossibility of delivery, additional transport costs, etc.) resulting, if any, from the erroneous and/or incomplete nature of the information provided by him/her for the delivery at the time of placing the order.

The Customer is hereby informed that it is his/her responsibility to check the external appearance of the packaging upon receipt of the Product(s) in the presence of the carrier, and to note on the delivery slip any visible damage to the packaging.

 

PAYMENT

 

PAOLA MARASSI uses the secure payment service STRIPE, through which the payment of the order can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or by Paypal. PAOLA MARASSI guarantees not to have access to the confidential information provided by the Customer to pay for the Order. This information is encrypted and secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and is not saved in our computer systems.

 

RETURNS

 

You have a period of 14 clear days from the day following the date of receipt of the package to return your order or part of your order.

 

Terms and conditions for returns

In order to ensure the best treatment of your return, we invite you to respect the following Terms and Conditions of return:

Product(s) must be returned in their original condition and complete, unused, with accessories and original packaging.

PAOLA MARASSI reserves the right not to accept Products that do not meet these return conditions, if the Product(s) ordered are incomplete or damaged and/or have not been purchased on the Site, and to return them to the customer if necessary.

 

Procedure

In order to ensure that your order is returned in the best conditions, we invite you to follow the following procedure:

1. Contact PAOLA MARASSI by email at paolamarassi@gmail.com to make your return request, specifying the Product(s) concerned.

2. PAOLA MARASSI will confirm the return by email.

3. Return the Product(s) complete with their accessories and in their original packaging.

4. Return your package to the following address: 28 Avenue Paul Vaillant Couturier 93200 Saint Denis, France. The return package must be delivered to the carrier of your choice or to a post office within 14 clear days from the date of confirmation of the return.

5. Upon receipt of your return, its conformity to the acceptance criteria will have to be validated. If validated, we will proceed with the refund of your Product(s) within 14 days from the date of the reception of the return by our workshop.

All the expenses related to the return of the articles as well as customs fees related to the return of a Product from a foreign country remain your sole responsibility.

 

EXCHANGES

 

If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to send it back to us first. Please contact us by email paolamarassi@gmail.com to inform us of your wish.

Once your return has been received by the shop and complies with our return policy, we will send you your new order.

If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, your new order will be shipped free of charge. If the exchange is simply due to a new selection, we will have to charge you the shipping costs. The conditions, costs and delivery times being those indicated to you at the time you select your delivery method before the validation of your new order.
