In order to proceed with the payment, some information related to the credit card will have to be filled in by the Customer including the name of the card holder, the credit card number, its expiration date and its cryptogram number. These bank details are not kept by PAOLA MARASSI and will be in the exclusive possession of the bank chosen by PAOLA MARASSI for this financial transaction and of third party suppliers such as Paypal. These entities are the only ones to view the Customer's bank details. 

 

3. Duration and retention of data

The personal data of Customers are kept for as long as PAOLA MARASSI and the Customer have a contractual relationship and for the time necessary for the purpose of the processing, depending on the type of personal data and their purpose. This information will not be kept beyond the time strictly necessary for the purposes as stated above and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, or if the Customer requests its deletion. 

The company may keep certain personal data beyond the above-mentioned period in order to meet its legal or regulatory obligations. Certain data may be archived for the purposes of prosecuting criminal offenses for the sole purpose of making such data available to the judicial authorities.
